CANCELLATION POLICY
For In Person workshops no refunds will be given 3 weeks prior to the event. Online workshops no refunds will be given 7 days prior to the event.
In all cases of cancellation students must email nicola@ghigi.co.uk, Norfolk Spiritual Centre accepts no responsibility for & will not be liable for non-receipt of messages & transmissions.
Cancellation by Norfolk Spiritual Centre will result in a full refund.
NO SHOW POLICY
Students who do not attend the scheduled workshop without prior notice will forfeit their payment.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
NON PAYMENT
Spaces on in-person or online workshops will only be secure upon full payment.
PARTICIPATION ON A WORKSHOP/EVENT
We reserve the right to refuse participation by an applicant booking or attending any workshop, even if the workshop is underway, should we deem the applicant to be unsuitable or disruptive. If we refuse participation for an applicant after an event/workshop has started due to behaviour that is deemed disruptive to the group as a whole, no refunds will be given. We expect every attendee to behave in an appropriate and respectful way to the tutor/s and group as a whole. Any behaviour deemed by Norfolk Spiritual Centre to be offensive or inappropriate, may result in the applicant being withdrawn from the workshop and prohibited from attending any further events with Norfolk Spiritual Centre.
These Terms & Conditions are at the discretion of Norfolk Spiritual Centre and can be altered with no prior notice.
Upon confirmation of your booking, you enter into a binding agreement “Agreement” with Norfolk Spiritual Centre to attend a private sitting with a member of Norfolk Spiritual Centre. Based on these terms and conditions, any rules and regulations issued by Norfolk Spiritual Centre are applicable. Norfolk Spiritual Centre reserve the right to refuse any booking without explanation.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation by Norfolk Spiritual Centre; if, for any reason, it becomes necessary for Norfolk Spiritual Centre to cancel the Sitting, your payment will be refunded less any costs reasonably incurred by Norfolk Spiritual Centre. An alternative date will be offered if applicable.
Cancellation by You; if the sitting is cancelled by You 48 hours, or more, prior to its commencement, Norfolk Spiritual Centre will refund you or alternatively allow you to reschedule your appointment. Only 1 rescheduled appointment is allowed per booking. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the sitting is due to commence no refund will be made and no alternative appointment will be offered, unless agreed by Norfolk Spiritual Centre.
